Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. However, due to limited availability, we remind you of the following cancellation policy as follows:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson will incur a $10 USD processing fee per person ($30 USD for 3 lesson clinic sessions).
• Cancellations made in less than 24 hours before the lesson will result in the loss of the lesson payment provided with no exceptions.
• Cancellation notice must be sent via email to hospitalitymanager@cabosurfhotel.com.
